 Senior Pastor - Felix D. Moten
Pastor Felix Derrell Moten is the senior pastor and co-founder along with his wife Sandra, of the Word of Truth Christian Church in Bremen GA. He was born on July 13, 1970. He is the son of James and Margie Moten.
Pastor Moten received a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies from Beulah Heights University in Atlanta GA, studied theology for two years at the Interdenominational Theological Center in Atlanta GA, and has completed his Master’s Degree in Theological Studies at the Liberty Theological Seminary in Lynchburg, VA.
After serving in ministry for several years, Pastor Moten and his wife Sandra received a burden on their hearts to plant a church in the city of Bremen GA. Their primary focus is to raise up leaders through teaching discipleship and servanthood. It is their desire and passion to "Establish Theologically, Challenge Intellectually, and Edify Spiritually" believers everywhere equipping them to win those that are lost to Christ. He, his wife Sandra, and his two children Joanna and Khaleb currently reside in Bremen GA.
First Lady - Sandra Moten
Sandra Moten was introduced to the Lord when she was a young woman, and came to fully know the Lord at the age of twenty-five. She was called into the ministry in December of 1993. Sandra met her husband, Felix Moten, at Bethlehem New Life Church Ministry in Carrollton, Georgia where he served as a minister. She and Pastor Moten were married in September of 1993. In 1996, they began having Bible studies in their home; these Bible studies grew into what is now known as the Word of Truth Christian Church, Inc. In 1998, God spoke to her concerning the women of Word of Truth and she established the "Women of Purpose" Women's Ministry. Her heart's desire for this ministry is to nurture women by the word of God according to Titus 2:3-5, so that they may realize God's purpose for their lives. Sandra is a devout prayer warrior and is continually allowing God to use her through intercessory prayer. Sandra is a pillar of strength for her husband as she continuously seeks God for guidance and wisdom concerning both church and family issues. She is truly a woman that loves the Lord, her family, and her church family. She does not compromise the truth and stands firmly on the Word of God. Sandra Moten gives of her heart and her time and puts others before herself. She is a mother, a sister, and a friend to those who affectionately call her "First Lady.
